Scorecard Access
Good morning βΊοΈ I created a prototype scorecard with six goals and many levels of sub goals . I tested this with a small pilot group. This included organisation wide goals but the user could drill down through sub-goals to departmental level. I then created a second scorecard and linked into my original prototype, three goals and many sub goals. The user could drill down through sub-goals to departmental level. I then created a third scorecard and linked to my second scorecard, all three goals, however, only for a particular department - let's call the department WD. I wanted to provide only people who work in the WD department, access to this scorecard. I had trouble granting access to these people so I ended up thinking that I needed to give them view permission for both the prototype scorecard and the second scorecard and then the WD scorecard. This worked, and they are now able to access the WD scorecard. The thing is, they can now see the prototype scorecard and the second scorecard in their workspace, which I don't want them to be able to do. Is anyone able to assist me with this so that they have view access to only the WD scorecard please?.Solved134Views0likes2CommentsRe: Duplicating the same Rule across multiple goals and sub goals
Hi there. Thank you for your response. I ended up finding a way π: 1. Select multiple goals by using the checkboxes to the left of each of them 2. Select Edit from the horizontal toolbar 3. A window pops up titled "Edit X goals" with the option to "Set Up Rules". Select "Set up rules" 4. Create the rule you want to apply to the multiple goals287Views1like0CommentsDuplicating the same Rule across multiple goals and sub goals

I am new to this forum and new to Scorecards. I have just created my first Scorecard. I have populated Goals, sub-goals, sub-sub-goals, etc. I was happy with the Status labels, however after I had built out my Scorecard, I experimented by renaming "Not Started" status to somebody's name, say "Bill". I realised that by doing this, it was not going to be a solution that I was hoping for, so I changed the Status back to "Not Started". All of the Status using this label unfortunately been chaged to "Bill" and I had to change all of them back manually. In my Status setting, there is no sign of "Bill" but every time I create a new Goal or Sub-goal, it defaults to using "Bill" as the status. Could some please offer a solution please? Thanks πSolved268Views2likes3Comments
