Ask if I want Mirroring to start automatically upon creation
When creating a new mirrored Azure SQL database in Fabric, the replication process kicks off automatically upon the creation of the mirror. This is undesired in many CICD workflows. If I am working from a feature branch and Feature workspace, the initialization of the mirror on that workspace necessitates that I manually execute the EXECUTE sp_change_feed_disable_db procedure on the mirrored database once the changes are merged into the trunk branch. Add a checkbox to the wizard for "Automatically start replication" so that we have the opportunity to prevent this from happening.114Views0likes0Comments
