Hi, and thank you! I found those filters, but I have 2 problems: 1) I don't know how to say only calls that these 3 numbers RECEIVE. Are they then "First" or "Second" phone numbers that I need to filter on? Who is receiving calls: first number? The link I shared has the explanation, but I don't understand any of it. 2)phone numbers are muffled, I don't see all digits 😞 I read in the instructions that is when calls are coming in or going out, not your own company's phones, but they are all with stars** so I'm lost. Hello! I need to build a report based on CQD query and I managed to deploy some of the templates. I have trouble understanding how to filter this so that I only track calls coming in to 3 phone numbers that are essentially help center numbers. Should I filter them on "first" or on "second" phone number / UPN? I read this (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/dimensions-and-measures-available-in-call-quality-dashboard), but that is so not clear so I am not sure if "first is caller" filter also gives me anything. I checked, I have the same version. I connected to a database. It saved the source in the recent - within the file I was using. Upon saving that file and then closing and re-opening blank document, this was gone. So, not solved for me 😞Re: There are no recent sources to display - my recent datasources disappeared
Hi Anonymous and thank you for the reply! I tried options 1. and 2. ( for 2. there is no File > Start, but I tried pinning and nothing gets saved). I am on Windows 11, nothing pending. Hi, I have the same issue: There are no recent sources to display. Today I got the new desktop version Version: 2.126.927.0 64-bit (febrúar 2024), this wasn't fixed. Thank you for your reply! I am using Version: 2.124.2028.0 64-bit (desember 2023) and seems this is the latest one. As I check data source settings, in Global permissions I can see data sources I recently connected to (since the "crash"). But they are not in "recent sources". So this leaves me with options 1. and 2. Please, could you help me: how could I check these? (if by "data source has moved" you mean my source for report: it is a server, it hasn't moved; but if you mean by this there is a file that stores list of data sources and that file has moved -maybe I can check this somehow?)There are no recent sources to display - my recent datasources disappeared
Hi, I am constantly using same 6 or 7 data sources and they were always on my list of recent data sources. Few days ago, one afternoon (just at once, I wasn't restarting) they just disappeared from the list. I had to log into each again when pulling data (so PBI also forgot my credentials) and they are no longer being saved under "recent data sources", even though I connected to those data sources again. Credentials seem to be saved somewhere, because when I enter server name, it takes me into the database without asking for them. Just that server names are not on the list of recent any more. What can I do to get this list back?Re: Renamed Columns not working after apply
