We are having the same issue. The standard Power BI license doesn't allow multiple people to edit the report / board, but you can share the board with whoever. The Power BI Pro license allows other users to edit the reports / boards, but everyone would need a license just to view the board even if they aren't going to edit it. This is sooo dumb. Why do the users you share a board with need to click on the link in the email first? As soon as I share a board with someone they should be able to see the board without having to use a link first. I would like to be able to group my dashboards, like within folders or categories that I can create. For example, I run reports on new sales for each month. So I would want a "New Sales" folder and then within the folder I could access all of my reports for each month. Currently with all of the reports just listed on the left it gets overwhelming, since there are several different reports I need to run for each month.417Views36likes4Comments
