Re: conditional formatting in tables
Our customers have requested the conditional formatting as a selection of colour tabs as opposed to 2-3 colour hues. Can this be in the next update in 2016?

On-premises hosting in SSRS in much needed for clients with sensitive data. Also, is this functionality only being made available in SSRS 2016 or will previous version be included?

Agreed. Many customers have asked for this and are wondering why PowerBI doesn't offer it while Tableau does have this feature - Red, Orange, Yellow and Green fluctuating and/or static parameters.

Re: Automated Date Table generation
A lot of my customers want a Fiscal Year function available as well as a GetDate () functionality. E.g. Fiscal year, FY to Date, Current date to FY, Past FY. In addition, day and month filters e.g. next/past 30/90/180 days.

Re: Add a "snap to grid" like functionality to Power BI Desktop
How about a dual option of 1. snap-to-grid and 2. the customisable reporting it currently has except with gridlines that you can choose to view and hide while building the report? This would be the best fit for both parties on either side of the fence.
