I opened a ticket with the Power BI support and resolved this issue with the latest build of the July 2021 desktop Anonymous . Thanks Power BI team!

I have the same issue. I tried resetting all the same approaches as Anonymous and eventually got my model to refresh again by turning off the formula firewall (Options, Privacy and click on "Ignore the Privacy Levels and potentially improve performance") but this is less than ideal for me. Interestingly my refresh completes as expected on the service, it's just the desktop that is blocked. Power BI team, query refrences are critical to my commonly used patterns and this problem would cause many of my existing solutions to break or be blocked to further features. Please resolve ASAP!

move content between worspaces
I need to move some content I created in my personal workspace to a group workspace to support collaboration. A "Copy to workspace" command in the ellipsis menu would be ideal.
