There is no button available to join a Fabric User Group
When I visit the "Fabric User Groups" page in the Fabric Community and select a group to join, no option appears to become a member (previously, it was possible to click a button to register as a member). Is this the expected behavior? Note: Some groups have a "Join" button, while for others, the button does not appear.
