Open, close and backlog tickets
I have these 2 tables that are connected through timeID, I need to create a dax for Open, Close and Backlog incidents on monthly basis for example in the month of may count the number of incidents that are open and have open date started in May, No of tickets closed in May and No of backlog tickets that were opened before May and are still open in May. I have a month slicer and my chart should show open, close and backlog tickets versus months on x axis.
