kpi power matrix
3 TopicsPower KPI Matrix - KPI Indicator, Sparklines & KPI Colors
Hi, hope this is the right place to report bugs or ask for help. 1. I want to add the KPI indicator color to the sparklines, however the coloring is being applied to the line segment after the current value instead of the segment between the comparison value and current value. Could this be fixed to color the line segment the KPI color is being calculated for? Examples: - Row 1: Line going down, red indicator, but it's colored green (because previous comparison was green) - Row 2: Line going up, green indicator, but it's colored yellow (because previous comparison was yellow) Is there a way to fix this myself, or do I need to wait for a tool update? 2nd item I want to point out is the auto calculation for KPI status could be more sophisticated on dealing with KPIs that are percentages already. Instead of doing the difference and dividing by the denominator, could just provide the difference. The percentage of the percentage is not very useful, and when coming from a negative percentage, it is calculate as a negative instead of a positive. I can probably try to fix this using "KPI Indicator Value", but haven't done so yet. Will work on that next. Thanks for any help here. AndrewHiding Metric Names on Power KPI Matrix
I have a scenario where I would benefit from being able to hide the meric name and only show the value and trend line. To put another way, currently I am showing a set of metrics on a Matrix visual. Each row represents one a group and each column a metric for the group. Here all groups are defining the same set of metric, hence the organization into a Matrix. Now, I also need to show the trendlines and this is where the need for Power KPI Matrix comes. If I want to adapt this to Power KPI Matrix, I will need to explicilty name each metric and also show its value and trend line. If I have the ability to hide metric names, I can arrange multiple KPI matrix to give impression of a matrix visual structure. Could anyone suggest how I can achieve this?1.3KViews1like0CommentsKPI Power Matrix Lock
Hello, I am really impressed with Power KPI Matrix but I can't seem to unlock features in the report. I feel like there is something I"m missing. Even when selected, the KPI Indicator, Comparison Value, and KPI Indicator Value will not show in the report. The comparison value 2 resets to Off when I attempt to cut it on, and any change I attempt to make for an individual column resets to the default value, no matter what I select. I have downloaded the sample version, and am able to make the alterations and changes no there. Am I missing a locked state setting or a specific setting that will cause the visualization to not display correctly ?Solved
