• We need to know when to cut off from work

Learning

• There is a time for learning
• Create a spike of time, 1 hr, 2hrs so you don't over consume learning time

Recommended Skills to Learn / Use

• Learn how to estimate your work
• Break down the work into individual pieces
• Review the pieces and how long they took
• Perform a Retro
• Under Promise and Over Deliver
• Remove distractions focus on things
• Create spikes of time
• Get into the habit of parking lot ideas to look at later
