I have a client that has Service Version 13.0.19087.42 and the features for sharing datasets to external guest users is not available in their Admin Portal. Is there an update as to when this will be rolled out? Is there a way the client can FORCE the upgrade themselves? Is there someone at Microsoft we can contact to get them upgraded to the latest version?
More than a little disppointed that Microsoft touts these great new features but still takes their sweet time rolling them out.

Hi there,
Appreciate the updates in features, but not too happy with the changes in the formatting options. I can no longer see the Data Label color fx option in Callout Value and hence can't conditionally format my card visuals. Will appreciate a quick fix for this issue.
I have the same issue, please fix this very important and convinient....
Do you mind showing some screenshots of the way you have set up the fields in your visual and field parameters? Or send me a pbix with a reproduction to rien @ microsoft. Thanks!
Please find below the link of Bug that I have added in community. You can get more details over there. Many other users have encountered the same issue and have reported that in comments section. Request someone to look into it on priority as it is impacting all the existing reports as well.
Bug in "Hierarchical axis by default" - Microsoft Power BI Community
We are encountering issues due to changes made in "Hierarchical axis by default". The description says "we will auto-expand charts down to the bottom of your hierarchy when you add fields to the x-axis field well". In our scenario we have multiple calculated measures and we have created new field parameter to dynamically toggle between measures. I the chart we are visualizing the selected measurement by Month and Week with default Hierarchy level set as Month.
Now the problem is, when user is switching the measurement, Hierarchy Levels are getting expanded to Weekly level which was should not happen. It should change to Weekly only when user change.
Are you able to tell me if Row Level Security rules will work when the dataset is accessed on an external tennant?
Thanks,
Mark
RLS will work when users access dataset in their own tenant, just like it does for B2B users today.
