Clean Up Multiple Column Names All at Once with List.Zip()

If you've got column headers that are all messed up, cleaning them can be kind of a drag.  It can be done all at once using M, but it can take a fair amount of fancy M; often you end up caving and just one-by-one renaming the columns manually.
