The Problem is My BI Gateway is configured correctly but is unreachable due to local network connectivity problems.?

Fact is:

• Required TCP port are opened.
• Power BI Gateway (On-Premises data gateway),
  already updated(3000.68.15(December 2020(Release 3))
• This Server is available before (not a new server)
• This Server can Ping and access internet already.
•
