Soy nuevo en Power BI, así que apoligize si se trata de una respuesta fácil.
Necesito restar los valores de una columna de los valores de otra. Lo he escrito como

A partir de la respuesta, hay un pequeño error que un error de sintaxis en la fórmula, sólo tiene que añadir ")" después de HR[Tasa Anual]
Por favor, intente esto como parry2k proporcionado:
Measure = SUM(HR[Annual Rate])-SUM('BY VP'[Annual Rate - Duplications])
