Hola Tengo algunas preguntas sobre Power BI Necesito saber, por ejemplo, cuándo tendrá los resultados de KPI en la mesa por ejemplo proyecto de fila KPI Color rojo 15 fila en los resultados ...

thanks for this answer. Can you please explaine how you add Index on power BI.

 

Also i have another question is it possible to send this excel file exported with email directly  ? 

Not .csv but excel file 

to explain more 

the table explained is activity to do by some member of team and actions 

so the action which is KO we will export them and send it to person to work 

is it possible to make it automatiquly export excel ( all rows KO) and send it by mail ?

Puede hacer referencia a este blog para agregar una columna de índice en el modelo de datos.

(Haga clic en Transformar datos en la pestaña Inicio —— Columna de índice en la pestaña Agregar columna)

Si desea automatizar el flujo de trabajo en la exportación y enviar correo electrónico para especificar el equipo o el usuario, puede probar Power Automate.

    Good morning Rico, 

    Thanks a lot for your answer.I have seen that Power automate can do this but the mistakes that it's not free.

    Big probleme because it will payed for all mail to send.

     

    Also for excel export are there any script to write to this automatiquely ?

    Means that on the power BI we will select the rows needed and will be sent automatiquely?

    Hola @POWER_MI

    Sin Power automate, creo que puede probar RLS para establecer un límite en el informe para mostrar a los compañeros de equipo los valores que desea que vean y compartan el informe con ellos y pueden exportar en Excel por sí mismos.
