Pregunta general de ayuda

Hola Tengo algunas preguntas sobre Power BI Necesito saber, por ejemplo, cuándo tendrá los resultados de KPI en la mesa por ejemplo proyecto de fila KPI Color rojo 15 fila en los resultados ...

Hi Rico, 

thanks for your feeed back.

the asking is not to export excel table of dashbord, the objectif is when you select the row : 

user : I

value : 60 

 

 

 

when we will click on this 60 we will export the 60 Rows of KPI that not OK

 

 

for example 60 rows we click on the case I60 and we will export all row 60 

for example for 

Row : D

Value : 90

we will export on excel file the 90 ligne you see 

 

because for our activité it's KPI means 

                                KPI

PROJECT 1               25 (KO)

PROJECT 2               15

PROJECT 3               13

PROJECT 4               28

 

So to arrive to this table we will selection all values and see who have KO KPI and OK kpi

in this case 

for example for Red KPI means KO Kpi when we will click on

Row :project 2

Values : 15

in this case we will export 15 row on exce

I have make here one example with Data 

you will find enclosed the file used to define project.

the excel file is source 

 

On power BI this is dashboard

this is mesure that y add on poweer BI 

Nombre de STATUS pour OK =
CALCULATE(COUNTA('Tableau1'[STATUS]), 'Tableau1'[STATUS] IN { "OK" })
 
the asking is when i will select for example box with Nombre de STATUS pour OK = 3 ( row "To do 1"/"OP1"/status "KO" ) i will export the 3 line of this box means the results 3
are number but will also export this concerned rows 3 with excel rows not just number 3.

    Hola @POWER_MI

    Intento exportar el objeto visual de la mesa que me muestras.

    Sin embargo, no podemos exportar los valores directamente por el objeto visual que me muestra.

    Construyo un nuevo objeto visual de tabla y lo filtro por las filas (Medida) que me muestra. Cuando selecciono 3 (fila "Para hacer 1"/"OP1"/estado "KO" ), visual2 se filtrará por Acción y Estado, por lo que muestra el resultado: Estado - KO.

    Incluso selecciono 3 (fila "Para hacer 1"/"OP1"/estado "OK" ), sólo mostrará el resultado de la agregación.( Sólo una fila)

    Actualmente, es posible que no pueda exportar el resultado como su captura de pantalla.

    Power BI agregará las mismas filas y mostrará una fila en el objeto visual de la tabla.

    Para lograr su objetivo, agredo una columna de índice en el modelo de datos (Editor de consultas de energía - Agregar índice de columnas) y creo un nuevo objeto visual de tabla para filtrar visual 2.

    Tabla nueva:

    Nuevo objeto visual:

    En este objeto visual, seleccione 3(fila "Para hacer 1"/"OP1"/estado "OK" ) y exporte visual 2.

    No podemos filtrar Status OK seleccionando Status (Estado) y KO en otros objetos visuales.

      Hi Rico 

      thanks for this answer. Can you please explaine how you add Index on power BI.

       

      Also i have another question is it possible to send this excel file exported with email directly  ? 

      Not .csv but excel file 

      to explain more 

      the table explained is activity to do by some member of team and actions 

      so the action which is KO we will export them and send it to person to work 

      is it possible to make it automatiquly export excel ( all rows KO) and send it by mail ?

        Puede hacer referencia a este blog para agregar una columna de índice en el modelo de datos.

        (Haga clic en Transformar datos en la pestaña Inicio —— Columna de índice en la pestaña Agregar columna)
