¡Hola! Prueba un poco más rápido.
Ejecuta Power BI Desktop como administrador.
Si se abre, casi seguro que es un bloqueo de seguridad o permisos.

Entonces... si sigue fallando incluso ejecutándose como Administrador, entonces el problema casi con toda seguridad no son los permisos de usuario ... normalmente es un fallo de arranque en el entorno o del motor en Power BI Desktop

@Ryan_Thungela , asegúrate de que no haya actualizaciones de Windows pendientes. Instala cualquier actualización pendiente de Windows y luego reinstala Power BI y prueba
