Suponiendo algunas cosas sobre el modelo, me aseguraría de que la columna de año es un entero y agregar un filtro al Panel de filtroo o a la página de informe mediante una segmentación y establecer la condición de filtro en Mayor que 2016.
Si no tiene una tabla de calendario, cree una y asóciela a su tabla de hechos.
