Error en informe dinámico de 1 variable

Tengo una tabla en SQL Server que tiene diferentes tipos de encargados y cuando le escribo en el parámetro alguno de los existentes en dicha BD, me reconoce el último o no me reconoce. En SQL Server funciona bien la consulta, pero en Power Query no ¿Cuál es el motivo? Muchas gracias!
