Tengo datos de encuesta que tienen un DateTime en formato de texto. Cuando cambié el tipo a Date/DateTime, produjo errores. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme a solucionar este problema?

@tedr28 la columna contiene información de zona horaria, primero cambie el tipo a fecha y hora y, a continuación, en el siguiente paso, cámbielo a fecha o fecha/hora en función de su necesidad.
