Error Memoria protegida al conectar base de datos oracle

hola,

estoy intentado conectarme a una base de datos oracle pero al realizar la conexion el power bi me envia un error de lectura escritura de memoria y no conecta. alguien mas tiene este errror que lo alla resuelto.

De todos modos, parece que te faltan los controladores correctos.

Es posible que desee desinstalar lo que tiene actualmente e instalar el de 64 bits desde aquí: https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/ocmt.html

También puede intentar desinstalar Power BI e instalarlo desde una fuente diferente (como segundo paso, si el primero no funcionó).

Al igual que si lo ha instalado desde Microsoft Store, puede intentar obtenerlo desde el sitio.
