Tengo dos tablas que tienen algunas columnas en común, pero con distintos datos. Necesito contar valores distintos de una columna.

Ejemplo:

Table1

SiniestroAdministrador
123Juan
145Melisa
675Juan
654Ana

 

Table2

SiniestroAdministrador
685Juan
955Diana
320Pedro
666Ana

 

El total debería darme 5: Ana, Juan, Diana, Pedro y Melisa
