Clustered Column Chart - Gradient Colors in each column

Today I'm comming looking for suggestions.

Right now, I have a user tryin to establish gradient colors in a Column chart, right now, we were able to do this:

But, user want to do this:

Do you know if exist a visual where we can do this?
