Estoy tratando de construir un visual que muestre el rango dinámico para los pacientes que caen en cada categoría, y ese ranking debe actualizarse según la fecha filtrada. Este es el rango original basado en la categoría

Si excluyo el 1/1/2022 del filtro de fecha, así es como debería verse el objeto visual:
