Veo qué departamentos han hecho una capacitación. Pero quiero ver quién no ha entrenado. Por ejemplo. Comida allí me gustaría ver Dep_1, Dep_2 y Dep_3. ¿Cómo lo haces?

Podría tener Departamento en el nivel de fila y Educación en el nivel de columna y el recuento de DEP en los valores.
