¿Puedes probar este enfoque?

1. Cree una medida DAX que calcule el valor total de la entrega

TotalDeliveryValue = SUM(Deliveries[DeliveryValue])

2. Modifique la medida para que se muestre solo en totales

ShowInTotalOnly = 
IF(
    NOT ISINSCOPE(Dates[Month]),
    [TotalDeliveryValue],        -- Show value only if it's not in the scope of the month
    BLANK()                      -- Otherwise, show nothing
)
