Ayuda con la tabla que no muestra el valor '0'

Tengo una tabla que muestra las reclamaciones de los clientes (OPEN y CERRADO). Actualmente para el año, no hay reclamaciones ABIERTAS y 27 reclamaciones CERRADAS. La tabla solo muestra las 27 notificaciones CLOSED porque técnicamente no hay valores que mostrar para OPEN. Me gustaría que la tabla mostrara un recuento de OPEN (0) y CERRADO (27).

El cálculo que estoy usando en este momento para obtener los números es simple, supongo que hay una manera más robusta que mostrará '0' cuando se aplica, pero no puedo entender cómo:

Adjunto es un informe de muestra sobre lo que estoy tratando de hacer. Aunque no hay notificaciones Abiertas, todavía me gustaría mostrar el campo 'Abrir' y el valor '0'. Esto está extrayendo directamente de una base de datos por lo que funciona cuando hay valores, pero cuando no hay ningún valor presente, entonces se omite completamente del informe y no me gusta eso.

Traté de adjuntar el archivo de origen, pero no sé cómo hacer eso...

@leejoel necesita crear una tabla separada para el estado y luego funcionará, ver adjunto, creé un archivo pbix de muestra, cámbielo según su necesidad

Intente utilizar COUNTAX en su lugar con la expresión cuando sea CLOSE y OPEN.

Como no estaba seguro de lo que exactamente quieres lograr, sería mejor si me proporcionas un archivo PBIX ficticio! necesitas proporcionarlo a través de Dropbox o Google Drive... no hay manera de adjuntarlo aquí

Hola

La fórmula está contando todas las filas de la tabla a través de 'INCIDENT_ID', por lo que no está teniendo en cuenta las filas que contienen OPEN y las filas que contienen CLOSE. Y ya que en la tabla no hay filas ABIERTAS por lo que no se ve el recuento. Por lo tanto, debe agregar condiciones a su fórmula y tal vez utilizar funciones CALCULATE o IF.

¿Puede mostrarme la estructura de su mesa para que pueda ser más útil!

depende del modelo de datos, tal vez su cálculo de counct es incorrecto.

tal vez usted debe tratar smth como

ACTUAL = 
var _cnt = COUNT('CLAIMS'[INCIDENT_ID]) 

RETURN
if(ISBLANK(_cnt), 0, _cnt)
