@csalinas23 puede agregar mediante DAX o Power Query, las capturas de pantalla que comparte son Power Query, agregar una columna personalizada y usar la siguiente expresión:
"S" & [C]
y con DAX, para agregar una columna calculada, utilice los siguientes
D = "S" & Table[C]
Si no sabe nada acerca de la columna personalizada en Power Query o la columna calculada en DAX, debe dedicar algún tiempo a los conceptos básicos de Power BI.
