Actualización de abril de 2020 - "Se ha producido un error al renderizar el informe" Utilizando Visualizatiions de mapas

Hola, queridos miembros de la comunidad de Power BI,

Recientemente he actualizado Power BI Desktop a la versión más reciente (abril 2020 2.80.5803.1061 de 64 bits), instalada con el archivo .exe desde el sitio web de Power BI, que se ejecuta en un equipo windows 10 de 64 bits.

Ahora, cada vez que uso una visualización de mapa en cualquiera de mis informes, recibo un mensaje de error como el siguiente:

"Seha producido un error n al representar el informe"

Creo que esta sería la traducción para el error, ya que estoy usando el escritorio de Power BI en portugués brasileño.

Estoy usando dos fuentes de datos simples (un archivo csv y un archivo xlsx), pero este error se produce incluso si abro un nuevo archivo PBIX en blanco y creo un mapa en él.

He probado algunos suggetions de otros mensajes, como borrar el contenido de "C:-Usuarios-<USER_NAME>-AppData-Local-Microsoft-Power BI Desktop-CEF-cache", sin éxito.

Puedo acceder a Bing Maps usando Internet Explorer sin ningún problema. ¿Sabes cuál podría ser el problema?

Como solución alternativa, puede degradar el escritorio a la versión inferior. Estos son el vínculo a la versión anterior si desea revertirhttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-latest-update-archive

Si tienes una cuenta Pro, puedes intentar abrir un ticket de soporte. Si tienes una cuenta Pro es gratis. Vaya a https://support.powerbi.com. Desplácese hacia abajo y haga clic en "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
