This is very nicely done. Would you mind sharing the donut visualization? I've been looking for a donut style with a target, however, can't seem to locate one for Power BI.
Hi, this as actually the native donut chart visual in power bi, just added two values one total sales and a dax measure for "remaining to achieve target". Also I used the same as cards inside the donut. There's also a third party visual I remember using before which have more configurations available, try looking for "circle gauge" in appsource. Hope it helps.
