I focused on creating a clutter-free, insight-first design by:

   Highlighting the most actionable KPIs with YoY variance

   Using clean, minimal visuals with consistent themes

   Grouping data logically for easy scanning

   Eliminating noise—no redundant charts, no decorative clutter

   Making interaction seamless with intuitive slicers and drill-downs
