This report shows the Covid-19 propagation across the world. It is updated every day. Before the Covid-19, that was just a report to show population across the world and density of population.

I am trying to use inert custom visual from files as below which need pbiviz file. I have a json file for one of the theme from power bi community : https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Themes-Gallery/Coronavirus-Outbreak-Report-JCH/td-p/1008524/page/2.

Can you help me what is the easiest and standard way to convert this json to .pbviz file?

Hello Hari,

Whenever you see a json file that correspond to a theme, it just means a special custom set of colors to be used in the Power BI Visualizations...
You can open your Power BI (desktop) and go to the View Menu... and select the dropdown arrow


Then select Browse for Themes...



And select your json file, 



The colors will be added to your menu or options...

Do Total Cases - Recovered Cases = Deaths or do Total Cases - Deaths = Recovered? If so, doesn't seem to be reconciling properly (at least for Asia; didn't check others). I'm guessing neither of my assumptions is accurate so how are Deaths and Recovered Cases defined?

• Serious cases are in Active Cases,
• Recovered cases are cases that are not in Active Cases or dead,
• Example for today 02/28/2022 :
  • 436 326 318 cases =
    • 364 791 270 recovered cases,
    • 65 564 982 active cases (75 345 are serious),
    • 5 970 066 are dead 😞
