workspace not visible

hi

am a PBI admin, and i have been added as owner of an existing workspace but whatever I try to do, in the webservice of Powerbi this workspace is not presented.

Any idea how to solve this??

    Anonymous Outside of an obvious check to make sure the user added is your account (same domain, etc), this sounds like something you may need to open a support ticket around.

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    Is there any possiblity that someone delete the workspace accidentally? Have you found any entries in Audit log?

    In addition, please share fiddler trace log when you check workspace in capacity and view admin in Power BI Service. You can review this video about how to use fiddler.
