will a report can be shared with third persons with power bi pro license

hey everyone , 
i have a doubt , i want to share my reports with thrid persons who are outside of my organisation , they dont have a fabric account .
is there any why so that they can view and interact with reports using their mail ids ?
if yes please tell me how this can be done ? 
if needed i can purchase a premium license but even after that how can i share reports with them ?
please help me out

You have many options

- publish to web

- send them the PBIX file

- invite them as guest users to your Entra ID and share via your premium capacity app (*)

- have them purchase a Pro license and share via your capacity
