I have a user unable to export from PowerBI to Excel, could it be due to lack of access?
I have no issues myself exporting... This is the access of the user...
what access do I need to provide to the user for it to be able?

- Check the Report Settings: Check the report settings in Power BI Desktop where the report was created. The option to allow users to export data needs to be enabled before publishing the report. Export data from a Power BI visualization - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
- If it still didn't fix the issue, check the dataset permissions: Having read permissions on the report might not be enough if the dataset itself has more restrictive permissions. Verify that the user has the necessary permissions to access the underlying dataset itself.
