Please use the same credential to access Adobe Analytics in browser to see which data is available for you on Adobe Analytics site.

You must meet all the prerequisites:

  1. The user must have the Analytics linked with the Adobe ID (Post User ID Migration, the user must have access to Analytics via the Experience Cloud Admin Console).
  2. The user must be a part of the Web Services Access group in case the account type is non admin user and not an admin user.
  3. The email address across all three solutions must be the same.
  4. The ID Type within the Experience Cloud must be Adobe ID and not Enterprise ID.

Hi @Anonymous ,

There could be a few reasons for this.  I will assume that you have met the four requirements  (as per that article) to integrate Adobe Analytics with Power Bi.  If so, then I am wondering the following:

1. Have you looked in All Apps as well as Organizational Apps?

2. Are there other apps in there or is the Power BI Apps box under "All Apps" blank?

3. Are you sure that you are searching for the correct name of the app (and/or searching it by parts - like just "Adobe" or just "analytics")?

4. Do you have permissions to add Apps?

5. Does your tenant have permissions to add Apps?

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply, my answer is as below

1. Have you looked in All Apps as well as Organizational Apps?  All apps

2. Are there other apps in there or is the Power BI Apps box under "All Apps" blank?  not blank

3. Are you sure that you are searching for the correct name of the app (and/or searching it by parts - like just "Adobe" or just "analytics")?  I search either adobe / analytics /adobe analytics

4. Do you have permissions to add Apps? I have permission to add apps which are on the list of tab of All apps

5. Does your tenant have permissions to add Apps? not sure this, do I need to ask IT?
