who can access

Hello All,

We have 6 pro licenses . Ours is a very small company with a total of 20 people , how can the other 14 view the reports , do they all need pro licenses?  Is there a way we can host them on some website please suggest.

      Thanks why not to a shareoint site (within the company) just like other tools does.

        If you're looking to share your company's reports and dashboards through SharePoint, we have a product called PowerBI Robots that automates report deliveries to that platform. You only need 1 Power BI license to operate it.
