Hi @sugiura ,

Please check the document below.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-role.

Then turn on the publish to web feature in admin portal -> tenant settings.

What should I do?

Hi @sugiura

Try browsing this page https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/tenantSettings and enable the publish to web settings.  If you are not able to browse this page, then you don't not have the Power BI Service Admin rights.

Please go through the page further to find your office 365 global admin, who can help you in enabling the setting.

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-find-my-office-365-admin-59b8e361-dbb6-407f-8ac3-a...

Let me know how it turns out.

Thank you.

→The page could be opened.

There is only a capacity setting.

https://portal.azure.com/

→Confirmed AzureActiveDirectory.

The directory has not been created.

PowerShell

→Get-AzureADDirectoryRole was executed.

DisplayName does not have Power BI Service Administrator.

Office365

→I don't use Office 365.

Thanks for the details.

It looks you are the "Company Administrator".  Once you sign up for Azure Active Directory, you become "Global administrator" and you should be able to access the power bi tenant settings and able to enable the publish to web on this page https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/tenantSettings

I wanted you to again read this message and make sure you want to continue enabling the publish to web.

Warning :  When you use Publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. This requires no authentication and includes viewing detail level data your reports aggregate. Before publishing a report, make sure it is okay for you to share the data and visualizations publicly. Do not publish confidential or proprietary information. If in doubt, check your organization's policies before publishing.

I checked various things.

Looks like you are using Azure Active Directory (self-service).

Therefore, there is no manager.

How can I be promoted to admin?

I checked office365, but there was no [Management].

Did you tried singing up to Azure Active Directory?

Once you sign up for Azure Active Directory, you become "Global administrator" and you should be able to access the power bi tenant settings and able to enable the publish to web on this page https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/tenantSettings

My company does not use Azure Active Directory.

It looks like a "self-service sign-up tenant" was created when you signed up for Power BI.

Therefore, I cannot be an administrator.

Can't use Power BI with Azure Active Directory (self-service)?

@sugiura

Are you trying to publish to web?.  If yes, then you may have to check with your power bi service administrator in your organization.  If no, can you post a screenshot of the error, that helps me to provide better assistance?

Let me know if you have any questions.

管理者がいません。

どのようにしたらよろしいでしょうか。

Currently, embeding the report for public access has been restricted at your tenant level.

You will have to reach out to your Power BI service administrator to enable it.

For more details go through the microsoft documentation before you reach out to your power bi service admin.

Hope this helps!

Thank you.

I only use PowerBI.

Because it is used by individuals, there is no manager.

Can I make my account an administrator?
