Only PPU Users Can Access the Content: Reports and dashboards published to a PPU workspace can only be accessed by other users who also have a PPU license. Users with a Pro license cannot view or interact with content in a PPU workspace, even if they are added to the workspace or shared the report link.

Hello @pennyhoho117
To use BYOK for encrypting your Power BI data with your own encryption key, you will need to upgrade from a Power BI Pro license to a Power BI Premium capacity or Premium Per User (PPU) license. With a Pro license alone, this feature is unavailable due to its dependency on dedicated Premium resource

what is the difference btween Power BI Premium capacity or Premium Per User (PPU) license.?
our whole company can use one single user premium license?
Hello @pennyhoho117
Power BI Premium Capacity
• Designed for large organizations with extensive reporting needs.
• Offers dedicated resources, ensuring consistent performance.
• Content hosted in Premium Capacity workspaces can be accessed by free users, making it cost-effective for organizations with many report viewers.
• Requires a significant upfront investment, starting at $4,995/month for the P1 tier.
Power BI Premium Per User (PPU)
• Provides access to most premium features on a per-user basis.
• Ideal for smaller teams or departments that need advanced features but do not require organization-wide capacity.
• All users accessing content in a PPU workspace must have a PPU license, which can increase costs as the number of users grows.
• Shared resources may lead to variable performance compared to dedicated capacity.
a single PPU license cannot be used to share content across an entire company. In PPU workspaces, only users who also hold a PPU license can access the content.
