view all users, their workgroups and permissions

Is there a way to see all power bi service users, their workgroups and permissions, besides going into each workspace and viewing access rights?

We are at a tipping point where our user base is too large to manage workspace by workspace and we need to audit all access regularly to ensure only the correct people have access.
