users getting errors when accessing reports published in the App

hello,

our users are getting strange errors when accessing some reports published to them via App.

our data stored in the local SSAS instance and we connect live.

i've built few power bi reports and published them the workspace on Power BI service.

i've created an App from workspace added reports to the APP, and given users access to that App.

during development i have modified the measures and data layout in the local ssas and updated the report and data set in PowerBI service, and republished the App to the users.

i can access the reports in the App without any issues, but the users are getting the errors when trying to access the same reports.

i've attached the screenshots of my screen without errors and the user's screen with errors.

i've tried to unpublish the App and remove the data sets and reports with errors and republish them to the power bi service and recreate the App.

but the users still getting the errors.

i don't get any errors when i try to access the same reports

could you please let me know what i can try to check

thank you,

Andriy

my screen when i view the report:

hello,
the issue was resolved last week.

apparently one of the security roles somehow got corrupted.

i couldn't see any filters applied when i was checking the security roles, but after i removed and readded the security roles the error was gone.

so, in case you are expiriencing the similar issue, check security roles.

regards,

Andriy
