user wise underlying data for reports, dashboards, workspaces , apps in power bi service.
there is no relationship between users and the other items.
What are you trying to achieve with the collected data?
Hello Ibendlin,
Thanks for your reply.
As an Admin, we wanted to know User wise how many reports & dashboards are there on what workspaces. We wanted to fetch this data across the Tenant for querying & developing reports to get to know user-level access.
I found some Power BI Rest APIs to fetch the data, But no API is giving user-level data.
Is there any way to get the data??

You need to distinguish between a variety of scenarios
- users that are members of workspaces
- users that have access to apps
- users that have access to workspace reports and datasets
- users that have build access/XMLA endpoint access
- users that own dataset or dataflows
- users that create or update content
- users that consume content
Etc etc . There are many more scenarios that all need to be covered separately.

Thanks for your information Ibendlin,
Are there any direct APIs/options to
--Retrieving list of users for all reports
-- Retrieving list of users for all workspaces etc. etc. Thanks in advance.

yes, there are separate API calls for each of these scenarios. Use the tenant audit log calls and the scanner API to collect these.
