hi everybody!
I was given administrator rights for the gateway and data sources. Now, in the USER MANAGEMENT tab (data sources or local gateway), there is an endless loading of the page, there is no possibility of granting rights to users.
at the same time, everything works by reference https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ext/DataGateways
but does not work https://app.powerbi.com/
I've changed different browsers, logged in from an iPad, but with no result
what do I need to do to make USER MANAGEMENT tab (data sources or local gateway) work on the link https://app.powerbi.com / ?

I've been using the old UI since this change because the new page never completes loading. Are others still having this problem?
Hi @trinkag, When the new UI launched I was having issues with it not loading and was using the OLD UI. However after a period of time I was unable to perofrm certain actions on the old UI and opened a ticket with MS. I was told that I should use the new UI instead. It looks like MS has pushed some fixes out because I do not have the loading issues.
If you are having issues with the page not loading i would open a ticket with MS and or reach out to your internal IT to see if something is being blocked from your firewall.
Brand new to Power BI Gateways so sorry for posting in something old. However, I am running into this same issue and while the link provided does appear to work, is there a fix for this to allow it to work as it should?
hi @Josh_BP ,
I know that using the OLD UI was working well for me for a while but then I started having issues with it as far as adding new users to data sources (some users I was still able to add, it was strange). Anyways I opened a ticket with MS on the matter and they told me that the old UI was being phased out and that I should start to use the new UI. I started doing so and have not had the same issue since. If you are having a problem with the new UI I would recomend opening up a MS ticket under your tenent.
Ok, thanks for the reply. I will look into opening a ticket with them.

Hi, @Alex931
Are you referring to the new interface on the PowerBI Service?
Can you share relevant screenshots?

I am also having this same issue: (here is a screenshot of what the page still looks like after 5 minutes).
this is using the new UI. (i'm not sure if there is a way to convert back to the old UI to test).

It appears the old UI is no longer availalbe. The querystring param is not working for me anymore, but the original issue is still not fixed in the new UI.
hi @robertboles you will need to open up a support ticket within your MS Tenant if the new UI is not fucntioning as it should be.
