user level filtering
Hi All, I have created a Power BI summary table something like this If ABC, XYZ, PQR, EFG are my clients for whom I have created this report, my queries are 1-how do I share this...
To share dashboard to users outside of your organization, you just need to grant access to those outside users (they will be listed as Guest). They will receive an email with the link to your shared dashboard. Those users have to sign in to Power BI to see the dashboard. If they don't have a Power BI account, they can create one after clicking the link. For more details, see: Share a dashboard and reports with colleagues and others
If you want to limit the access on user level, you need to configure row level security. Just add the corresponding users as members of a role.
