usage metric reports all in one place

Hello Team,

Is there a way I can prepare usage metrics reports of all apps in my organization in to one workspace. So that I can build a master dashboard of all apps users and details.

Thanks.

Hi @kkalyanrr ,

You may try to extract the Audit Log from O365 Admin center by manually or powershell and do it in power bi desktop.

Refer to :

Hi. Yes. You can get data from Power Bi Rest API to get the logs of usage metrics in order to build a custom report. I would suggest creating an historical data source with a different tool and then get data with Power Bi. The API has a limit of 90 days of data.

Hope that helps,
