I am trying to determine whether the provisions of the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (Last updated January 1, 2023) applies to Power BI or whether entrusting the processing of personal data in connection with the use of Power BI is regulated in another document. The Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum only applies to Power BI Premium.

If you're using Power BI Free, or Power BI Premium Per User, instead of the enterprise SKU known as Power BI Premium, then the processing of personal data in connection with the use of Power BI is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement rather than the Products and Services Data Protection Addendum.
