HI,
I’m hoping to use power bi to predict a percentage increase in expenses over the period of 20 years. A formula similar to compound interest e.g. (Previous amount x percentage)+Previous amount. I’m able to do this really easily in excel through the data validation list function but am struggling to translate this process over to power BI. I want to have the ability to filter the percentage and have tried the ‘new parameter’ function in power BI but am struggling to link it to a data set.
Hi @Anonymous ,
It's better that you can show us sample data and desired output? Then we can help you more correctly.
