Currently, we can't get data from Jupyter Notebooks directly.
However, you may try to get data from Hive via by Python script in Power Bi Desktop.

Hi. I don't think there is something to read a notebook because a jupyter is not data. A Jupyter is a mix of running blocks. You can write python or R visualizations for a dataset manipulated in Power Bi.

We use Jupyter Notebooks to pull data from Hive via Python scripting
In the notebook, at the end, we then call a Tableau API which can take the entire result set from the notebook and push it into a Tableau Data Extract.
It’s just flattened data. Not schematized at all. Just one big chunk of rows/columns.
