Hi Team,

1. How to backup the files which are created by PowerBI licensed users.
2. After adding to new tenant, what is the impact on already shared link to the end-users from PowerBI licensed ID

3. I would like to know the procedure, how to suspend/remove the current PowerBI license from the one tenant

   to add PowerBi license in the new  tenant

Hi  @nagarjunakan ,

1. We create reports on the desktop and publish them to power Bi services. At this time, users will not be able to contact other reports or delete datasets. In addition, there will be a backup of pbix file on our local desktop. However, there are some limitations.

2. After adding a new tenant, there is no impact from the power Bi license ID to the end user

3. For deleting a license, you can delete it in Microsoft 365 admin center. View this link:
