unauthentication failed - POSTGRESQL - 32bits

Greetings, I have a slightly complex scenario.

I have a postgreSQL database, where I can connect locally on desktop power bi, via ODBC with a 32bit driver.

But when I load in the power bi service, it always gives me the error below, how to work around this situation?

When I use the 64-bit driver, the update can be performed without any problem.

I'm using this connection string:
driver={PostgreSQL ANSI(x64)};server=localhost;port=5433;database=bank;dsn=PostgreSQL30
I need it to be 32-bit.
My client only has a windows with 32.

I need to use the default gateway, I can't use the personal one, because of policies in my organization.

And I have more than one database to work with.
